What to Bring: Please bring your water, journal, pen, and whatever you need to lie or sit comfortably. We may have extras available—just reach out if you need one. About Your Guides and the Space: My name is Tara Tylicki, and I was born loving the military! I am personally grounded in the legacy of my dad, a Navy Captain who served multiple commands in the Pentagon and as an F-14 RIO. As a holistic health practitioner with 27 years of global training across six continents, I look forward to holding space and creating a magical, restorative experience for you.
I am honored to offer this session in the generous space provided by Jen from San Diego Holistic Wellness, a dedicated holistic wellness advocate of over 30 years & 20 years as a paramedic. Her space should be freshly renovated with low-VOC carpet just two days before our session. We recently connected and came together to support you.
