Founded by Allison Beardsley of Club Pilates, Red Light Method's first studio opened in 2022 with a mission aligned with that of Pilates: to work the whole body from the inside out, one person at a time. This non-group-fitness approach results in inches lost; reduced pain and inflammation; increased blood flow and circulation; skin rejuvenation; improved muscular strength, including all layers of the core; increased bone density; improved balance; systemic detoxification; and balancing of the autonomic nervous system. Our individualized approach means our doors are safely open to those of all ages.
In just one hour, we provide Medical Grade Red Light Therapy Body Contouring Treatment, with optional PEMF mat therapy; a workout with the micro-vibration of the Power Plate; and individualized, pre-recorded Pilates sessions on Balanced Body Reformers. Red Light Method Carlsbad also includes a Far Infrared Sauna, a Styku 3D Body Composition Scanner, and Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT). All services are included in our rates.
