Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and meditative practice that focuses on holding deep stretches for an extended period of time. Participants are encouraged to let go of tension and stress as you ease into the guided poses, promoting relaxation and flexibility.
In this 75 minute experience, we combine the restorative power of Yin with the ancient wisdom of Acupuncture in an extended savasana, to allow balance, revitalization, and resilience. With this lovely evening timed class, you can roll from your relaxed state right from your mat to your bed for a guaranteed deep night's sleep!
