In the spirit of gratitude and appreciation for you, we are offering a free Sound and Reiki Healing session at Sunset Cliffs on Sunday, November 26th at 8:30am. Breathe in the ocean air, receive individual reiki healing and immerse yourself in the restorative sounds of crystal bows, chimes, drums and more as you close out your holiday weekend.

Meet at Sunset Cliffs Blvd and Adair:
Bring a mat, 2-3 blankets (2 to lie on, 1 to cover up) and any props you’d like; blocks, bolster, eye cover, pillow etc. You may want to bring a sheet to use as a protective layer over the ground.
Dress in comfortable, warm layers: socks, long sleeves etc.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time to allow for street parking and time to set up.
