Self-Love & Healing: Deep Rest for the Heart is a deeply restorative Valentine’s Day experience designed to support relaxation, emotional healing, and reconnection with yourself.
On a day often focused on romantic love, this offering invites you to turn inward and honor the most important relationship—the one you have with yourself. The experience includes gentle, mindful movement, yoga nidra (guided yogic rest), a soothing sound bath, and reflective journaling. Yoga nidra—often called yogic sleep—guides the body into deep rest while the mind remains softly aware, helping reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and support emotional regulation and self-compassion.
We'll close with guided journaling, inviting you to write a letter to yourself from this calm, grounded state—something you can return to whenever you need a reminder of care, connection, and self-kindness.
All props and materials are provided, including journals, pens, and a small heart stone to take home as a Valentine's Day keepsake and reminder of the practice. You're also welcome to bring your own props or materials if that feels supportive.
No prior yoga, meditation, or journaling experience is required. Come as you are.
