Come experience the power of breath-work by the ocean in community on Friday, September 28th at 10 AM.
Hosted by SOMA, this is the perfect way to kickstart your weekend—clearing out stuck energy and resetting your mind + body. We will be meeting every other Saturday until December 7th, at Windansea beach, on the sand in-between Nautilus and Westbourne streets.

* Somatic movement practice to start
* Guided breath-work to release tension and reset your mind + body
* Hypnotherapy to down regulate your nervous system into a state of heart coherence
* Ocean vibes for relaxation and grounding and optional post practice dip (bring your suit!)
