By reconnecting to our breath, slowing our mind and moving our body, we can quiet the noise and experience a deep calm within. Join Shannon, Chelsea and Taylor for a restful morning as we reset the nervous system and gain new tools for ease.
In this relaxing event, we will:
– Deepen the breath
– Move through a gentle yoga practice
– Focus the mind through meditation
– Experience healing vibrations with a crystal alchemy sound bath and Reiki
Wellness goodie bags will be provided as a gift!

– Water bottle and/or thermos

Meet your facilitators:
Shannon is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-500), Reiki practitioner and sound healer with a passion for movement and mindfulness. Her mission is to help people of all ages begin healing through yoga and functional movement (with a little laughter along the way). Chelsea is a Reiki master teacher & practitioner and certified trauma informed Yoga Nidrā facilitator. Chelsea’s purpose is to live whole-heartedly and help others find connection, joy, and healing within mind, body, and soul. She offers Reiki sessions, guided meditative workshops, and Reiki trainings and attunements through her practice at The Whole Self.
