Rewiring the Inner Narrative Through Creativity and Embodiment at Sojourn Healing Collective
This workshop invites women to reconnect with their innate sense of self-worth through art therapy, somatic awareness, and expressive arts. Together, we will explore the stories we tell ourselves, the beliefs that shape how we move through the world, and the roots of what we feel we deserve.
Through guided art therapy processes, somatic experiencing–inspired practices, expressive movement, and journaling, participants will be supported in uncovering and expressing the inner narratives that influence their sense of value and belonging. By engaging both creative and embodied processes, we activate the brain’s natural capacity for neuroplasticity, allowing participants to gently rewire neural pathways that have reinforced self-doubt or unworthiness and to create new pathways grounded in self-compassion, empowerment, and possibility.
Within the safety and resonance of the group container, participants will have space to release self-limiting beliefs and rewrite their inner stories with care and authenticity. The workshop will conclude with a guided visualization designed to integrate these new neural connections, anchoring a deeper embodied experience of worthiness and self-love.
