Please join Spirit Yoga, hOMe of San Diego puppy yoga, for an afternoon of gentle movement and puppy playtime. Yoga is 45 min leaving each class an additional 15 minutes to snuggle up on some pups.
A portion of the proceeds benefit our favorite puppy rescue... and who knows, maybe you'll welcome in a new, furry family member!
