We’ll focus on gentle poses and breathing techniques that help relieve common discomforts, build strength, and support recovery. Whether you're preparing for labor and delivery or navigating the early postpartum period, this workshop offers tools to help you feel more grounded, strong, and supported.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class so we can get you SIX-tuated. Our classes start promptly on time with NO LATE ENTRY.
