Mindful Groms Camp is a drop-off-friendly summer experience designed for kids aged 4–8. Held Monday–Friday from 3:30–4:15 PM, this week-long camp is offered twice in Summer 2025:
Week 1: June 23–27 / Week 2: July 14–18.
Each day begins with a calming mindful activity or craft, followed by Yoga HIIT-inspired movement. Kids will improve strength, balance, focus, and coordination through music, stories, and playful yoga games.
They'll also: Learn healthy tools for stress and anxiety, build self-esteem in a non-competitive space, and practice kindness, self-love, and connection.
Led by Registered Kids Yoga Teacher and local mama, Michele Mash, who brings warmth, playfulness, and a true passion for working with children. Your child will feel safe, seen, and supported.
Parents are welcome to stay, but have the option to drop off. Limited space. Come grow with us this summer! 🌈
