Meet your instructor: Elyssa Swann is founder of Wolf & Lion and has been in the wellness industry since 2002. With a background in fitness training, she brings her understanding of the human body and it's mechanics into her teachings. Making her classes accessable but challanging, she strives to make sure you feel confident in your body and practice.
