*Introduction to Aerial Yoga*
Float between earth and sky in this creative fusion of yoga and aerial movement. Supported by the hammock, you’ll flow through familiar postures with breath and grace—building strength, flexibility, and freedom as you rise into each shape.
All levels welcome — perfect for beginners. Every pose and inversion is optional, so you can explore at your own pace and comfort level.
Experience the joy of flying, the calm of deep stretching, and the grounding of mindful movement — all in a peaceful, supportive space.
Limited to 14 participants — reserve your hammock early!
What to Expect:
Guided aerial yoga class led by certified instructors
Use of the hammock and all props provided
Time after class for photo moments in signature poses
Refreshing herbal tea or infused water after class
Good to Know:
All levels are welcome—no experience needed.
Hammocks are hung low for comfort and safety.
Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Avoid zippers, jewelry, or anything that may catch on the fabric.
