Breathe & Sea is making its grand return this summer, and we want YOU to be part of the magic! Join Breathe Degrees for a sunset breathwork session on the sand, exhilarating ocean plunge and the ability to connect with epic people. Bring friends and family, as all are welcome to come and experience the Breathe Degrees method at this donation based event!

📍 Location: South Ponto Beach at lifeguard tower by jetty
⏰ Time: Breathwork will start at 5:30pm
*Arrive early to grab your spot and find parking on the street or in the parking lot; we'll be posted up by the jetty, a short walk from the parking lot.
This is a DONATION BASED community event that you won't want to miss! All donations go towards California State Parks & Carlsbad Village Athetic Club and our ability to host events on the beach! Suggested donation amount is $20.
